T&C's

1. Upon booking with Forever After Events, customers MUST provide a valid address, postcode and contact number.

 

2. After one week of enquiring and requesting a date, a £20 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your date and booking.

Once deposit is received this will then be confirmed and secured on our booking system. We can only hold your chosen date for one week before receiving a deposit.

 

3. The remaining payment for your chosen package will be due two weeks before the party date. Our admin team will contact you one week prior to remind you.

We cannot accept payment on the day of the party or cash payments, this puts performers in a vulnerable situation and also ruins the magic for children.

If the remaining payment is not paid two weeks before the party date, then we will assume you have cancelled and we will not attend your party.

 

4. We MUST be informed of any changes to your venue, address, of any character changes at least 2 weeks before the party. If you do request to change characters and the character you want is not available, we will provide you with a list of available characters.

 

5. You can request specific performers to attend your party, however if the performer is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a suitable performer, who also portrays your chosen character.

 

6. Cancellations need to be made 2 days prior to the party, this must be a valid reason. Refunds will be available after appropriate investigation.

 

7. ALL Bouncy Castles and Inflatables MUST be deflated for at least the first 15 minutes of the booking and also if you have requested a sing along, this helps our performers to be heard by parents and children, also avoids performers straining their voices. We suggest that if you have a bouncy castle, our 30 Minute Visit package is more suitable.

 

8. Customers MUST provide our admin team with suitable parking information, if there is no available parking and our character receives a penalty, this will be discussed with the customer. If paid parking is required, we ask that you inform us, as our performers to don't carry loose change or any money.

 

9. We DO NOT tolerate any form or inappropriate behaviour or abuse towards our performers, if there is any sort of problem than you MUST contact our management as soon as possible and an appropriate investigation will be carried out.

Forever After Events have policies to follow and if a performer feels intimated or unsafe, they will follow these procedures.

 

10. Smoking is NOT acceptable around our performers as the fumes stick to the costumes and also our costumes are highly flammable.

 

11. We understand how important your special day is, we do however ask that you do not ask our performers to carry birthday cakes that are lit with candles. Our dresses are highly flammable and also long which would cause a hazard to our performers and your guests if the performer tripped.

 

12. We ask that you provide us with the correct information including the age of child on the day of the party. This will help us advise which package is more appropriate for their age group.
